Shipping Policy

Free tracked shipping on every order.

• Processing: 2 to 5 business days
• Delivery: 7 to 14 business days after your order ships

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can follow it any time on our Track Order page.

Christmas delivery

To open door 1 on December 1, order by the end of October. For delivery before Christmas, order by November 20.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect a package once it has shipped.

Lost or damaged packages

Add Shipping Protection at checkout and we'll reship free if your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
