We want every Equestrian Countdown to arrive perfect.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Returns

Unopened calendars can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in the original packaging, with all doors sealed. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or wrong. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method.

Opened calendars, Mystery Box add-ons and Shipping Protection are final sale.

Lost packages

Orders with Shipping Protection that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit are reshipped free. Report the issue within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
